Instructions followed for temporarily turning off security protection along
with other programs to go through defragging process. Never had a problem
before but do now that have installed the Norton program. Defrag program
starts over and over - am at a loss as to what to do. Contacted Norton but
they passed the buck saying it is a MS problem.

Now what? Appreciate any help/suggestions - thanks in advance.
