What CPU: Opty 165, Athlon X2 3800 or Athlon 3700+ ?

I'm asking you this beacuse I want to biuld a workstation/gaming computer. I will use Adobe premiere, Adobe Photoshop and In the free time to be able to play nice recent games.

I'm considering for the motherboard to use:

Asus A8R-MVP-DLX, RD580 CrossFire, S-939, ATX, 2xPCI-Ex16 / 1xPCI-x / 3xPCI / Dual DDR400, U-DMA 133, S-ATA II, Raid 5, SB 8ch.&1394&2xLan 1000 on board.

and 2GB Geil One series DDR400 CL 1.5

Please help me to decide what is best.

If you are going to OC get the opty. If not go for the X2 3800+. I'm not to sure but I think the Adobe is multy threaded.

Although the 165 listes is just an OEM (no heatsink and shorter warranty).
