I'm in the early stages of considering networking my two computers, they
already share an Internet connection via a wireless router, but one runs Win
XP, the other Win 98 SE. Also, on the Win 98 machine, the file and print
sharing box within network is greyed out. When I first open the network
window, it says "Your network is not complete, do you wish to continue?" If
I click on yes, it closes the window, if I click no the file and print share
is still greyed out.
1. In Control Panel, double-click Network.
2. Click Client For NetWare Networks.
3. Click Remove, and then click OK.
4. Restart your computer when you are prompted to do so.
