lockup problem

i have recently been having a problem with lockups...i believe it might be my new motherboard, as it did not happen before that. the motherboard is a biostar M7MIA. the error occurs when in fullscreen mode, particulary when i try to alt+tab out of something.
the error that the system event viewer gives me is:

The SetupNT service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

i am curious since reviews of this board say it is stable.
please let me know of anything you know!

You can try to do this:

Open Registry editor and find:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\setupNT

if there are spaces in the data value string, double click it and put a " at the beginning and end of the string.
