More info?)
That depends on where you live, how telephone charges are calculated,
and who your ISP is. If the telephone number you use to connect is a
local, toll-free call, then the phone company doesn't get any money out
of it. ISPs in some places in the world charge according to the amount
of time connected. Likewise, in some places in the world, *every* phone
call, local or not, is a toll call.
However, if you're in the USA and the telephone number you use is a
toll-free and/or local call, there are no additional charges.
