I keep getting message Can't load ODBC Installer\windows\system\ When I try
to go into the Control Panel. After clicking OK twice everything is ok until
next time.

Reinstall the program that installed the ODBC components...such as MS Office. In
that situation, you would run Office setup, and reinstall the Data Access Objects
component, or MS Access if it is currently installed. If it was Personal Web
Server that installed it, you would reinstall that.

Alternately, you can install MDAC 2.5 Service Pack 3, listed here:
