Msvcp60.dll is linked to the missing Error

I get this error on startup after I installed Windows Script 5.6.
Msvcp60.dll is linked to the missing export Msvcrt.dll:lc_collate_cp.

I do not have Visio!
I do not have Office 2000!

Can someone tell me how I can correct this error.

Try running the mdac setup here:

It should install msvcrt.dll v.6.0.8397.0....what version do you have now?
