Good day to you. Anyway to get back the files & documents had been deleted
(means had been empty the recycle bin)? If third parties software can do
this. Kindly provide the name.
Thanks a lot.

Answered in your other query, "Empty Recycle Bin".

Personally, I like R-Studio, from www.r-tt.com But you *don't* want to
install anything on the problem machine. You want to pull the plug, find
another machine to use, install R-Studio (or whatever) then put the
drive from your machine into the other machine (with certain cautions if
    it's not a Win98 machine)

Go find another machine to use and come back for a fuller discussion.

You need 3rd Party software for that. And the longer you use the
computer, the less likely you will get them back. Currently the space
occupied by those programs can freely be used by the system. As soon as
something overwrites it, the files are truly gone.
