I've been having a problem with my usb keyboard. Recently its been shutting off on each one of my usb ports, as in i cant use them again for the keyboard, and i have no idea why. I called dell, and theyre telling me to system backup and reformat, which i dont tihnk will work. Ive used up all of my usb ports so now im using my old usb keyboard right now. anyone know how to fix this? thanks

My freinds emachine had a similair prob in which it could only use the keyboard that came with it or it would lock up.
