Hello group

I'm doing my midterm project on IP-telephony, therefore I'm looking for
an open source implementation of a SIP softphone for windows, in c++, c,
c# or Java.

Can anybody help?

Skype has softphone for PDA'a running Win OS which I believe is written in
Java.
It's still beta and free to download.
