difficulty adding NDB

There seems to be an NDB missing from California in FS8 .. PETIS
which is near San Bernardino. Using AFCAD 1.4 hasn't been fully
successful as yet.

Open function says `click on NAV site'.. but want to ADD site.. not
open individual Navaid. Main file is: usnwafd.bgl which is 745KB.


How to do this correctly? AFCAD not working in straightforward way!!

Should EasyNavs be used instead.. to add NDB in FS8? have read
it doesn't effect maps.
