I am looking at all three right now for a new system to do gaming video editing and encoding. I will overclock and am more woried about the overclock on them than the price difference between them. I am going to use the DFI LANParty UT CFX3200 mobo, Enermax Noisetaker 600w and OCZ Platinum EB PC4000 2GB for ram with a Zalman CNPS9500 to cool as per the latest toms review on cpu coolers.
