FSP ATX300-PA

I am wondering if it would be enough for this configuration:

P4 2.8Ghz
2x512MB RAM
2 optical drives
1 7200Rpm IDE HD
1 floppy
1 X1600Pro AGP

Here is what I'm talking about: FSP ATX300-PA.

Also, two users claimed that the cables were short and better fit to a small case. I have a mid-tower case. Any thoughts on that?

Looks like you're covered in the power dept - for the cable length issue you could step up to the SPARKLE ATX-300PN-B204, for $7 more, same exact specs (SPI<=>FSP so probably the same circuit board / components) seems to have longer cables. Will be quieter as a bonus...
I have a similar model FSP AX450-PN in a CM Centurion 5 and there is plenty of length.
