i want to get the 7900gtx from xfx thats like 760 bucks but there is a evga version with 690 mhz for 590 is it worth getting the xfx's xxx version for 10 mhz increase 8O

You would be better off getting a Radeon X1900XTX, although I don't think you really care.

It's not worth the ectra money because you'll only see a 1-2 frame differnce between teh cards and if you really want the 10mhs you can always overclock. I would go with the cheaper card

i already have a x1900xt so yeh. but i guess ill get the evga version

Factory Overclocked GPUs has the advantage of getting the performance of an overclocked GPU without worrying to void the warranty of that GPU coz o'clocking is not supported by some manufacturer's warranty. Anyway if ur planning to go NVIDIA, get the cheaper one, pref. the eVGA 10mhz is just a small gap. But if you want some awesome performance from a gpu, get the X1900XT and overclock it to XTX speed!! The 1900XTX might loosed on almost all games but there is a big difference between the 7900GTX and X1900XTX when AA and AF is turned plus you can do HDR and AA simultaneously. X1900XT/X cooling HSF is too loud comapared to 7900GTX.
