I have an Intel P4 2.8 HT 800FSB Northwood CPU skt 478. Will it work on a skt 478 Mobo rated for Intel P4 533FSB?

Chipset and yes it will work but if the chipset doesnt support the FSB speed it will underclock the CPU.
