have you tried removing it and looking at the hidden sides?

For your 3.4 (prescott?) / 1g (2 x 512m?) / 6800gt / 2xhdds? / 2xcd/dvd? / 2 x 80mm fan? you are currently around 300w, when you upgrade will be around 335w so if it were me, I would go w/ a 400w minimum.

Without removing it, I don't think you'll find any specifications. Since it isn't really linked to the motherboard aside from the power connections, no software tool is going to be able to detect its settings or specs. If you do decide to remove it, make sure you take a long, hard look at where all the little wires run, especially if you haven't installed one before. There can be upwards of a dozen or more connections on more complicted systems.
