Whats limiting, CPU or GPU

I have been getting low fps when playing WoW.

I have a P D 3.0 with 7800 gtx.

I am running duel monitors, with game in main and web browser in the other.
My main is a wide screen @1680*1050 and 2nd is 17in @1280*1024.

I have been getting around 30 fps and wondering how to fix this.

Thx.

More about whats limiting
  1. Are you running both at the same time?
  2. in addition to MesaRectifier question, what is the rest of your PC's spec, like RAM etc.

*Waves* my first post here :D :P
  3. Wow... no I mean Wow.. hehe using dual monitors.

Have you tried just single mode, to see if your fps is better?

WoW loves memory. Are you using 512? It might be worth getting 2 gigs. Also, 3.0 Intel's aren't fantastic gamers, it might be worth your time overclocking. What resolutions/settings are you running it at?
  5. WoW does love memory, the more the better. I recommend 2 gigs. And NOTHING LESS THAN 1 GIG.

As for the P4, generally WoW cares as much about raw mhz as architecture.
So a higher clocked P4 will win about as much performance as a generally superior AMD64. So clock that thing!

And double boxing, and dual monitors are actually semi-common in MMORPGs. Something like 8% or 9% of players are multi-boxing in some fashion.
