Can anyone recommend a 64M+ PCI video card that does NOT add significant CPU
drain?

This is for a Win98SE desktop system that's maxed out at 450MHz. The
system's reliable & does it's job on the network, but I need to speed up the
video without adding a significant CPU drain to the processor.
