I just picked up a new webcam, on my winxp machine it works fine. when I
go to use it on my win98 machine, I get a message telling me the
webcam is in use and I can't access it. When I unplug it it tells me
it's unplugged and when I plug it back in, it gives me the same message
telling me it's in use by another prog.

Any ideas?
