You must use the one in those articles, & just mention the hotfix(es)
desired & why you think it is for you. If you mention anything else,
they will seek to charge you for the call. Some have complained about
that process. If you run into trouble, hang up & try again for a more
understanding soul. I took neither of these nor any other that may be
offered, BUT I am no user of Networking.
