I,m ready to purchase a 1900xtx. I have a pcpower & cooling 470w (520w peak) 26 amp 12v rail. Config would be 1900 xtx pci-x16, xfi elite pro pci, fax/modem pci, theater 550 pro pci-x1, 2 hard drives, 2 optical drives. Pcpower & cooling says no problem. His only question was, "how many hard drives"? I'm guessing the hard drives use the 12v rail? as well as the vidcard. So again I'm guessing, if i had 3 or 4 hard drives it would be a problem. Any thoughts.

You can always try it, with the caveat that you might need a new PSU too if any POST/lockup problems occur afterward...

(If current PSU does not meet suggested 12v rail minimums, I'd be shopping for one that does...)
