Have just installed Epson RX510 multifunctional printer with USB connection.
Everything but the scanner works. During install asks for USBscan.sys from
Windows 98 SE disk. Insert disk, but then install program says can't find it.
Can anyone help? Where can I get the necessary file?
(usbscan.sys/driver20.cab)

When it asks for the CD, put the CD in, and point to CDROM:\Win98. (I think
you'll have to use a button with 'Browse' on it).

I just had the same trouble trying to install a new Epson scanner.

I searched the entire Win98 install CD and the file was not there.
Also, the file was not on the C: drive.

I had to return the scanner.
