First of all, GREETINGS FELLOW NERDS!

Ive got a Sony Vaio, 2,8 P4, with an Asus P4SD-VX motherboard in it. It came with 2 sticks of crappy 256 PC2700 Infineon memory. I just recently upgraded with 2 sticks of matching Corsair 1G each TwinX heat sink memory. PC3200 200MHz.

Here are the questions: When I run CPU-Z it shows the overal speed of the memory at 133MHz. I assume this is due to the motherboard's limitations. Is there a way to get this speed up? I have been unsuccessful at finding a BIOS update for the model motherboard I have.

Since I upgraded, I can only run the two new sticks of memory. I tried adding the original two sticks of 256 back in and the machine wont boot. Any ideas? Is it because of the speed mismatch?

Could or should I OC the new RAM? Without any major case modifications that is. Is there a guide out there somewhere a non-genius could decifer?
