Just copy one from someone else. If you have the "VALID"
COA and registration code from your old version, ain't nobody gonna
bother you.
You're allowed a backup copy.
If you lost the code, you can read it out of the registry.
If you lost the paper COA, you're out of luck on that front.

Thanks. I don't know why I didn't think of that. only problem is that i'm
having a hard time finding a win98 iso.
