Hi,
I have an application that needs to be able to make and receive calls.
I don't want to buy hardware to connect to POTS lines. I'd like to buy
a VOIP service that my application can use. Is this possible? What
VOIP services allow me to write my own client (instead of using their
softphone)? Vonage said they didn't support it when I called and
asked.
When you place the call, it first rings your own phone. Once you answer, it
rings the called phone.
