I have a friend with Win98 who can't change anything in the Display
Properties window because that window is so large that the OK button and all
the bottom buttons are not showing.

Press [Alt] + [Space] + [M]
Then use Arrowkeys to move the window around.

You don't have to reach the OK button. Make the change and hit the
Enter key.
