I want to build a new gaming rig but I don't know if I should wait for the new Amd or Intel Cpu's and Ati or Nvidia Gpu's to arive or build it know. I could wait like 1 year or so but not more. I have heard that is better waiting but I don't know.

Waiting is a disease. If you want to play games now than buy a rig now.

Wait for the 65nm AMDs if you can or AM2 in 3 weeks.

If you can't wait buy an S939 + 7900GT or X1900XT now or in 3 weeks when AM2 pushes S939 prices lower.

I am in the same situation, I was actually going to start ordering parts this week but if AM2 is really only 3 weeks away then I will hold out if only to push down the prices of the components that I was hoping to buy. Is there a link where it states for a fact that AM2 is only 3 weeks away?

I have tried searching but at my office we need to use dial up for personal web surfing and doing research of this type is basically impossible.
