Memory Timings vs Speed...Please Help!!!

Hey guys,

probably a quick and easy one.

Which would you prefer?

(2x1024) @ 386mhz (2-3-2-5-10-16)

or

(2x1024) @ 420mhz (3-3-3-5-11-16)

my mobo won let me rais FSB higher than 210 so these are my 2 options really at 2.3ghz on the setup below!
P.S. I mostly game on this comp...anywhere from MMO's to FPS! Pretty much everything!
