Price Drop

Hey there my fellow OCers,

I was just trying to find out if AMD or Intel was planning a price reduction on their current generation cpu's after the release of the Conroe and AM2. if so, when do you think this will happen? I am not going to invest in the new chips till they(AMD and Intel) get the bugs out of them. If possible, can someone place a link of things to expect per qyarter. I was on a site like that, but cant remember what the URL was. Thank you and have a nice day.

I believe a price drop is customary BEFORE the release of a new product line... helps clear out the older inventory to make room for the new.

This article indicates a possible Core Duo price drop in May... definitely a good CPU (if you care about heat and performance/watt)
