The first review that I've seen for Seagate's 7200.10 750GB Barracuda drive is up, and it looks promising. I'm looking forward to reading more reviews on the drive.

I do have to make one mention of the ignorance of the reviewer though. On the second page of the review, he talk about how he lost 52GB of space due to formatting. WHEN WILL REVIEWERS LEARN THAT IT'S NOT THE FORMATTING THAT'S LOSING THEM THEIR SPACE!!!

Anyone that's actually done a little bit of research knows about this: Computers and hard drive manufacturers define a "Giga" as 10^9, or 1,000,000,000, where as computers define it as 1024^3, or 1,073,741,824. So lets compare: HDD manufacturer says hard drive is 750GB, so take 750,000,000,000 / 1,073,741,824 = 698.492, or exactly what the reviewer found to be Windows's reported disk size. And if you don't know what I'm talking about, read this
