While initializing device IOS: Error - Real mode system me..

This happened after installing Roxio Easy CD & DVD Burning. I get the
message:
While initializing device IOS: Error - Real mode system memory failed


This message appears after the Windows 98 screen and the machine freezes. I
have uninstalled the program and it still freezes and I can only boot into
Safe Mode.

Running Win98se with all the current updates.

Ron,

That fixed the problem. I still need to fix the Roxio install problem so I
can use the software to back up my files and upgrade to winXP.

I will contact Roxio now that I am back up and running.
