One Stick Wont Work

Alright heres the deal, I bought a 1GB kit of patriot mem, (2x512) timing 2-3-2-5. I can get one stick to post and run with no problems we will call that stick 1 the other stick "2" will not do anything. stick 1 will work in either dimm, stick 2 will not work in either, when both are installed wont work. When i use stick 2 in either slot or both, i cant post unless i flash cmos, then i can only get past where is shows irq and such then i get black screen, nothing. i did memtest on both stick seperatly they seem fine. i also did it with them both in. Both sticks passed for 12 hr's of testing. Board is a soyo kt600 2.0, If anyone can think of anything let me know.

RMA that stick. Its dead in the water. Call Patriot or your supplier and say u'd like to get a replacement.
