Well it also depends a lil on what chip you got.

If you got a NewCastle (130nm) then you could probably hit +300-400mhz speed with a little bit of work(tweaking/fine tuning in bios)

Venice/Winchester(90nm) you could get a bit more higher than the NewCastle
