How to flash bios on x800xt?

I have been overclocking my x800 and i have it running stable at/or higher the XT PE. I want to flash my bios to make my card a XT PE. Please HELP! I have no clue as to where to start!

Would that be the best way? Would I go to ati to get the bios?

After I flash the bios will I have to do a reboot? Will I want my virus scan and stuff like that off? now I have a Sapphire X800 will I want to find the bios for the XT PE by Sapphire? Or will some other comp bios work?

If I had a bad flash would I be able to boot with a pci card and then reflash the x800 card with the old bios?

I think im going to flash the card later tonight. I have an old pci card from a packard hell that I had. I will test the pci card befor I flash my x800. Thanks for the help. When I get the card flashed Ill let you know how it went!
