Plantronics Gamecom pro or DSP-500? --HELP PLEASE!

Hopefully either way I go, it'll be a good decision since they're both plantronics. Alright, I can get the Gamecom pro for $45 whereas I can get the DSP-500 for $48, both prices are with shipping included. I was also considering the Icemat Siberias. They're just really damn expensive. Though, before you comment on the Siberias or any other gaming headsets you think are good, please give your input on the two Plantronics.

This post is almost 3 years old - can you share exactly what you chose and if it is better than the GameCom1 which is the cheaper version of the GameCom Pro...
