Graphic card drivers crash - GB nVIDIA 7600 gt 128MB

I dunno where is the problem but when I'm installing drivers, it shows Blue Screen of Death and automatically reboot system. In safe mode, it accomplished successfully but when I reboot, windows doesn't run and shows up BSOD again.

What drivers are you installed and from where? (Version and from Internet or CD). How far does the drivers get before it BSOD's? And after you reboot from Windows after installation of drivers, how far does Windows get before it BSOD's?

- 84.21 from CD supplied with card
- it stop while installing components, waits cca 15 seconds and gives BSOD
- it loads windows and in first moment when it should display desktop it shows BSOD and restart

Try drivers from nVidia.com, also get the latest drivers from the mobo's website for Chipset.

I've tried at least 5 various drivers with same result. I'll try new drivers for motherboard.

I have downloaded SP2 and it doesn't solve my problem. Now it pops up window with notice that driver what I want to install isn't Designed for Microsoft Windows XP. I think older drivers doesn't support my card. What shall I do?
