I was wondering - if I adjust custom fan speed settings via Atitool - does this get written permanently into the driver?

I used custom settings, and uninstalled AtiTool - but via ATTools I still get the same fan speed ratios at certain temps on the graphs (I want this - ATiTools and ATT was causing conflict with frequencies which led to the removal of one).
