Is the price you listed for a pair of video cards, or for a single card, because that is damn expensive for a single card, and not enough for a pair of cards, ....which makes me suspect the former!

I any event, I'd look for a 975x SLI based board from Asus (P5N32SLI?), with the half/partial hopes that it might support a Conroe later...

from ur config, it seems to me that u might want to upgrade to dual gfx card later on...so i suggest u get an sli mobo...sry im not so sure abt sli mobo that supports intel chips...since im always using amd socket 939...and if u are going for dual core processor, y not get amd athlon X2?

i would also suggest that u get bigger ram. with such a high end processor and gfx card, 512 is just too little...in fact, it is way too little...it will only limit the performance of dual core processing...which actually defeats the purpose of u getting dual core processor...the least u should go for is 1 gig ram...(1 gig ram is the recommended system req from most high end games nowadays).

your gonna need more than 512 of ram. Say like 2gigs

yeah what motherboard would be a good one for the socket 775(intel 940)?

If you really want to save money and get an upgradeable system, get a 975 chipset board, don't bother with SLi and get 2gb RAM.

What website are you ordering from? The UK isn't that far away from the EU (geographically) and we sure as hell don't pay 559 euros for a 7900! Worth shipping from UK? Yes.

do you know a good online shop for belgium or the uk?
i am ordering from www.codima.be

You need RAM. A BATTERING RAM.

eBuyer is cheap and although they have let me down once in the past they were pretty helpful in sorting out the problem.
