I have a SPA 3000 Line 1 configured for FWD Pulver account and it
works perfectly to receive and make calls to FWD numbers. I am even
able to make calls to this FWD account from Vonage numbers.
My problem is SPA 3000 doesn't let me dial my Vonage number
1-916-671-1306 through FWD number peering (**243 1 916 671 1306). When
I try dialing **243 1 916 671 1306 from a softphone provided by FWD
(pulver.communicator), it works perfectly well.
Here is my current dial plan
([2-79]11<:@gw0>|xx.|*xx.|**xx.|<#8,:**243>1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxx.|<#1,:>xx.<:@gw1>|<#9,:>xx.<:@gw0>|<#9,:>*xx<:@gw0> ).
I have even tried (xx.|*xx.|**xx.) nothing helps. It doesn't
understand when I dial ** in front for some reason.
I even tried a dialplan (xx.|<#8,:**2431916671>xx.) and dialed #8 and
1306 but in vein.
Could you please try calling my vonage number through a SPA configured
with a FWD account at 1-(916) 671 1306 and let me know the config
changes I would need to make.
Thanks.
Sekhar
