Dual Video Cards

Does anyone know of a way to force an application to run on a specific video card if you have 2 installed?

I have 2 PCIe cards installed in my system:

DFI Lanparty Ultra-D
X2 4400
2GB DDR RAM
10K SATA HD
1 x 7900GT 256MB w/ LCD monitor
1 x 6800GB 256MB w/ LCD monitor

What I am trying to do is force Everquest to run on the 6800. I have 2 EQ directories so that each session can maintain separate configurations. On my secondary session, I can run the Options editor and select the 6800, but when I launch that session it shows the adapter as the 7900 instead. It runs fine - but there MUST be some way to force the application to run on a specific video adapter. Does anyone know of a way? I have been in touch with the WinEQ fellow but he hasn't answered my question as to whether or not the Pro version will accomplish this. Is anyone using a similar setup?

Would appreciate any advice. I'd be happy to buy WinEQ Pro but I need to know in advance if it can do this before I spend my dollars.
