The Captain of the KLM flight should get an award. He kept his cool even
with 443 plp on board in bad WX and getting low on fuel.

I would love to hear the tower at CYYZ when the AF went off the runway and
KLM 691 was on his tail.

That's actually the exchange with approach, not the tower, and can be
heard at www.liveatc.net as posted in another topic. I'm not aware of
anywhere where the conversation with the tower can be seen or heard.
This will probably only be possible if and when the NTSB release the tapes.
