Hauppauge winTV-PVR-150 (non windows media canter ed.).
Complete with remote, Ir Sensor, and Ir Blaster. The card is in perfect working order. As far as I know, it only supports XP and earlier out of the box, but an update is required to install it on Media Center / Vista.
