For a USB Flash Drive, you must get a Win98 driver from the manufacturer of the
drive, if they make one. Check their web site.

There are no Win98 USB drivers for PlayStation Portable, that I can find. However,
this web site owner claims to have made one, and offers it for a $1 donation to him
through PayPal. I do not have any info on this link and cannot vouch for its safety

I'm not sure if this will work, but I think it will. There is an unofficial Mass Storage Device Driver for Windows 98. This will allow most Mass Storage Devices to work under Win98 and Win98SE without having an specific drivers for the device - just like plugging a Mass Storage Device in to WinXP, Win98 should recognise it and be able to use it once these drivers are on the system.
