Okay, so here's my problem. The other day my display went haywire while I was playing a game on my secondary system. Every time i've tried to boot the system since then I get this funky BIOS screen and eventually the monitor goes into sleep mode.

This is what it looks like:

At first I thought it was GPU issue and that i'd need to replace my video card, but now i'm not so sure. I've been told it could be a RAM or motherboard issue also. Anyone got any ideas? I don't want to start blowing money on something that's not broken.
