Hi All
Well I really screwed up somehow. I had a error of expired BLACK cart.
so I had saved the from some time ago about cycling the carts. Well
that didn't seem to work so I removed the battery, shorted and
reinstalled. Of course removing the power cord first. So after doing
this printer came back up and with date of 00000000. I never got any
setup at all. Went to Fax setup and set date. Print cart expired has
gone away but print was really bad so went to clean print heads.
Now I get an error that Black print head is bad. Unplug power and date
comes up 0000000 again. Check battery and have + (plus) out, which I
pretty sure was how it came out. Took it out and put it back in again
....same. Took out black head and cleaned contacts replace...still bad
print head and date 00000000. Needless to say print is bad also.
Help!!!!
