PS: Im a big fan of gigabyte boards so if possible something thier range.

It's completely impossible. You'll have to order one specially from Gigabyte. I think their CEO is called Jonathan Wendel.

Just joking, every decent manufacturer makes a board that supports SLI. Most, if not all, SLI boards will support Pentium D CPUs. To be sure, however, look for the 945 and 955 chipsets. I'm not sure about 925.

No, Intel chipsets do NOT support SLi only the nForce4 SLI does.
The ASUS P5ND2-SLI would be a nice and cheap board on which you could install a SLi system.
