I'm trying to print to a page 2 inches x 6 inches. Oddly the Canon
driver doesn't seem to have a way to define new page sizes. Is it
possible?

Nevermind, figured it out. I was in borderless printing mode, which
only works with a few paper sizes.

Now if I could just figure out how to change the default printing
profile...
