Hello,
I have two HP LaserJet 4050N printers on a small NT network. When
trying to print certain graphic files, mainly TIFF's, directly from an
imaging program (Imaging for Windows) the result is a black page. If
the graphic is imported into a word processor it prints out fine. All
other non-graphic type files print fine as well. Any ideas as to why
this happens, and how I can eliminate the need to import the graphic
files to a word processor?
