Do all eVGA video cards come with that 90-day step up program

As far as i know, yes. One thing you have to watch with them is the lifetime

warranty. It doesn't apply to cards with certain part numbers.

Example: 123456-AX Lifetime Warranty

123456-TX 1 Year Warranty.

Can't remember which is which, but you get the idea. :?

all of the 7000 series do but you can can double check at evga.com

Read the terms & conditions... there are plenty of restrictions based on where you aquired the card and other things that may up the price. Nothing on the card verison I could find.
