I will start with a hello and my setup.
3700+
ASUS A8N-E Motherboard.
Ram: OCZ Platinum Rev. 2 2x512mb Enhanced Latency

Well whenI overclock past 2.8GHz and go to load windows sometimes it will almost load and then crash. I will go back and it will say I have a corrupted file and that it cannot load Windows.

when I overclocked I had the fsb @ 255. Ram 1:1 ratio 3-3-3-6 timings. Etc it all should have been fine. The Voltage was increased to 1.525volts safe enough to test and still it crashed. Any opnions I will consider as I till have a partition corrupted! :(

A couple of things here. First off, you're memory voltage might need a boost. Second, what multi are you using to get to 2.8?

I would try the ram voltage thing but I am still skeptical since I have had it corrupt the Harddrive twice. I am using 11x Multiplier.

Drop the multi to 10X, then let us know what happened.

I tried 10x multy with 245HTT the HTT multiplier set at 4, vCore 1.525
Ram 2.5-3-3-6 vDimm 2.7 speed 245MHz.

I ran Prime and got a error. :S

Looks to me to be vdimm voltage. Your ram needs 2.8 volts to run properly. TCCD based memory doesnt benefit much from voltage increases but it does from relaxed timings, so no need to go over 2.8volts. Those timings should be good for the HTT you are at now, actually i've seen those sticks run at 250 2-3-3-6. If you want to relax them one more step drop it to 2.5-4-3-7. Let us know how it goes.

yeah, try 3-3-3-7 and 2.8volts

I am carefully clocking and testing now.

I am at 2.5-3-3-6 (229MHz) vDimm 2.8
Multiplier is 10 and HTT 3x HTT(FSB) 275 for a clock of 2750MHz.

Its 'stable' now I guess think I should run prime for like 12 hours or go until I run into a error and then step down and prime.

I prime for 5 mins after each tweak to make sure it didn't cause any immediate errors.
